Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre is a Canadian. Lefevre was a waitress at tables at the time, was found by a Canadian filmmaker. He gave her her first role as an actor. Later, Lefevre moved from Canada to Los Angeles where she earned the opportunity to play a regular role in What About Brian (2006). The actress' acting talents were discovered through a patron from Montreal when she was working as an 18-year-old at the restaurant. The show's regular placed Lefevre in touch with a casting agent. This led to her getting on the set of the production of a Canadian comedy. Her appearances in David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2003) led her to be the main character in David E. Kelley's 2008 U.S. version of BBC popular Life on Mars (2009). Lefevre was born as a child in Montreal through her father's French family, though she learned to speak mostly English. Her most notable role was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation. It is the first novel in the popular series of teens' vampire stories.
