Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born on 19th of December 1986. The Canadian actress has a job in Hollywood. Her most well-known work is playing the character Alexis Rose in the CBC comedy series Schitt's Valley that which began in the year 2015 and ended in the year 2020. Her performance was well-received by critics, and she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award. She was born Ottawa Ontario Canada. She is the mother of two educators. They enrolled her at Elmwood School in Ottawa where they staged productions. Then she attended Concordia University where she earned a theatre degree. Then she attended courses in the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory in which she studied acting. Following her move from Toronto to Los Angeles, she began professional acting at the age of 22. In 2007 Annie Murphy started off her acting career. She began her career in the thriller-style crime film Lethal Obsession. After that, she continued acting in minor roles and as an extra.
