Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and plans for strategic planning through the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and the management of change. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning that positively affect teams and organizations.
