Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. At the show, she finished third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
