Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American cook book writer and Emmy award-winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons until 2020. Ina began writing policy and nuclear energy documents to the White House. Her first impression was that her job to be intellectually stimulating, however she soon lost interest, and purchased a tiny grocery store that was named Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years, until she decided to let it go. After that, she started the first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more and magazine columns which were added. The Food Network TV show also debuted which was an enormous success. In addition, she sells all kinds of cooking equipment, supplies and containers. Ina, who is self-taught and has not attended the culinary institute or at an establishment. She is known as an easy cook, and also for her entertaining manner. Some of her best known recipes include Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
