Zoe-perry
Perry is the child of Laurie Metcalf (actor) and Jeff Perry (actor). She made her first appearances in television shows in the role of Jackie Harris, a character played by her mother in the ABC sitcom Roseanne. She was not allowed to start acting by her parents until the age of adulthood because they were afraid of the stress it would create. Perry shy and shy to be a part of the theater in her school, began to perform in theater classes at Northwestern University because she wanted to meet new people. Perry began her career as an actress in New York after graduation, getting small role in Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Then, homesickness led to Perry come back to California to work as a stage actress. Perry starred with her mother in The Other Place at Broadway, back in 2013. In 2015, she was a part of her father and Kevin McKidd in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Anna Christie at the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble in West Los Angeles. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes on ABC's drama The Family. Perry was a regular character in the ABC drama about politics Scandal which starred her father. The same year, she portrayed a child version of Mary Cooper on Young Sheldon (a CBS spinoff The Big Bang Theory) in which she played her mother as a young version. The part was offered to her through audition, despite the fact that she is a relative to the character.
